Biography

Madison Ruff was born in Spokane, Washington in 1992.  She grew up and graduated high school in Havre, Montana and studied at Montana State University Bozeman.  Ruff graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Art and Painting, with a minor in English Literature.  She now lives and works in Los Angeles. 

Since her first exhibition in 2010, Ruff's work has been seen in several solo and group shows around Montana and California.  Much of her work consists of commissioned portraits and narratives.  Her recent work consists largely of figure and wildlife paintings, digital designs, and ink sketches. Ruff is currently writing and illustrating a children's book.
